It&#8217;s activity must indicate involvement in the public interest. After removal of the organization the statute must also indicate that its assets will go to other organizations with similar interests.<\/h5>\n<p>These are the criteria that the NENO supervisory board has set for member organizations.<\/p>\n<h3>In order to join:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Acquaint yourself with NENO&#8217;s activities, members rights and duties.<\/li>\n<li>Think why would Your organization wish to join NENO.<\/li>\n<li>Think what can Your organization do for NENO.<\/li>\n<li>Consider whether services offered by NENO are useful for Your organization.<\/li>\n<li>Consult joining NENO with the supervisory board, managing board or other NENO members.<\/li>\n<li>Be prepared to present the following documents:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/forms\/yspWag7dkuwHkgCT2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">completed application<\/a> (in Estonian)<\/li>\n<li>Copy of the document indicating insertion of entry in the registry<\/li>\n<li>Copy of the statute<\/li>\n<li>The fiscal report of your previous year.<\/li>\n<li>Activity plan for the present year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>Completed documents can be sent to <a href=\"mailto:info@heakodanik.ee\">info@heakodanik.ee<\/a> or NENO, Telliskivi 60a, 10412 Tallinn, Estonia (Telliskivi Creative City, A3 building).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Membership fees:<\/h3>\n<p>NENO\u00b4s minimum membership fee since 2013 is 36,5 euros (10 cents per day). The recommended payment is connected with the membership organization\u00b4s income from the previous year.<\/p>\n<p>Income &#8211; recommended fee<\/p>\n<p>Up to 3000 \u20ac &#8211; 36,5 \u20ac<br \/>\nUp to 30,000 \u20ac &#8211; 70 \u20ac<br \/>\nUp to 65,000 \u20ac &#8211; 100 \u20ac<br \/>\nMore than 65,000 \u20ac &#8211; 150 \u20ac<\/p>\n<p>The income includes all the finances (endowments, donations, membership fees, etc.) the organization received during one year. Every member informs NENO of its membership payment by March 31<sup>st<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline of the payment is April 30<sup>th<\/sup>. The member has a right to ask for postponement from NENO\u00b4s supervisory board. There are no benefits under the minimum amount. If the member has not made a payment by the deadline or asked for postponement then NENO\u00b4s supervisory board has a right to start the member\u2019s dissolution proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>One-time entry fee is 35 \u20ac, additionally the present year\u2019s membership fee must be paid. If the organization joins NENO after July 1<sup>st<\/sup> then half of the membership fee should be paid.
